Thank you for choosing one of our Gorgeous Boys as your choice for Stud Dog!! We are very happy to help you as long as you comply to the Basic Rules set out by KUSA with regards
to Breeding KUSA Registered Dogs:
- Your Bitch must be Registered with KUSA and must be registered in your name.
- Your Bitch must have a passing Hip and Elbow Score – my males require a 0-0 and a 0-0 score to qualify as Stud dogs.
- Your Bitch must be 22 Months old on the day her litter is born.
I like to keep it simple!! And yes, I take it as a compliment that you like my dog enough to want to use him (I like him a lot otherwise I wouldn’t use him either!) Basically, if we have enough space at the time, your bitch is welcome to stay with us until the matings are done. Our boys are Real Rottweilers and do not require any outside help from anybody, so you don’t have to worry about that unnecessary headache and expence. If you want to have your girl’s progesterone etc tested, or have a veterinarian take a smear to determine optimum mating time, that could be helpful – especially if you don’t live around the corner. 
- No monies are payable until your litter is 8 weeks old. Nobody can guarantee that a litter will materialise and I am not desperate enough to take money for something that costs me nothing in reality. I will give you a mating certificate immediately after we have done the mating. I want you to have the paperwork ready as soon as possible so that the puppies can go to their new homes with KUSA Registration Certificates sorted and done and ready. At DE LIEMERS ROTTWEILERS we like to think that a handshake still counts for something. Somebody once asked me if I always just handed out mating certificates to “Random People” – I asked him if he considered himself a “Random People” – not sure he had an answer for that. The battles that have been fought about unsigned mating certificates – Not on my watch I can promise you! I like straight up and down arrangements with straight up and down people – and lots of coffee and laughs!
If and when you do have a litter, R1000 per puppy will be payable to me when they are 8 weeks old. I will also endeavour to help you to sell the puppies – A litter announcement will appear on my website with your details so that people can find you, and if you want me to sell them for you then that can also be arranged (Obviously that comes with a different financial arrangement.)
